Andres A. Serafini, Founder & Principle of The Washingtonian Group at Real Living At Home is a proud DC Native and Bethesda Resident as well as a First Generation Colombian & Italian American. Appreciative of the diverse nature of the DC Metropolitan area, Andres prides himself in servicing Domestic and International Clientele in the Residential, Luxury & Commercial Markets.
With over fifteen years of collective real estate experience, Angela has firmly established herself as an expert and leader in her field. In early 2018, she was named one of the Three Realtors To Know by The Washington Business Journal, and received The Real Living National Chairman's Guild Medallion Award given by Home Services of America.
Other recent accolades for her and her team include the Living National #2 Team for Volume Award and an RLAH Real Estate award for Top Producing Large Team.
Beginning his Real Estate career during challenging economic conditions, Daniel’s experience in an arduous and complex market has granted him a deeper level of expertise in this dynamic housing industry.
With Daniel’s background in Education, he effectively imparts market knowledge to his clients and educates them on all the various aspects of a Real Estate transaction. His energy, knowledge and professionalism provides clients with a smooth and successful home buying and selling experience.
Natali has been with the Washingtonian Group since its inception as its Operations Manager and brings over 12 years of experience. She got her start on the lending side back in 2004, later spending time in title and marketing and eventually moving into operations for residential sales. Natali also spent a few years at a renowned interior design firm and loves implementing her interest for design into real estate.
Jen is a native of Chevy Chase, Maryland and has lived in the DC area most of her life. She recognizes that a home is a huge commitment, but also your personal sanctuary. Jen graduated from college with dual majors in Communications and Spanish. She’s had a successful career as a television producer creating TV series and trade association specials, all of which have required her to excel in concept development, marketing, scripting, team management, set design and videography. With this unique skill set, you will be hard-pressed to find someone more focused on the fine details as well as the big picture of your real estate transaction.
Jordan is a native of Germantown, Maryland, with extensive knowledge of Montgomery County and the I-270 corridor. Obtaining his real estate license at the young age of nineteen has allowed him to combine his passions for helping people and real estate investments. Construction has also been an integral part of Jordan’s life, as his father is a licensed contractor in Maryland who has renovated hundreds of residential and commercial properties over the past twenty-five years. Jordan's experience working with his family’s business has given him valuable knowledge and resources that set him apart.
A native of the Washington DC Metropolitan area, Daniel has spent his whole life living in various areas. Born in Fairfax County and a graduate of the Fairfax County school system, Daniel attended University of Maryland and George Mason University. The son of a builder and developer, he spent his early years visiting job sites. These experiences instilled a passion for the housing industry, convincing Daniel to spend years as the manager of a home remodeling business in Rockville, MD. During these years, he learned the ins and outs of the industry. Daniel uses his knowledge of construction and remodeling business to advise his clients during the home buying/sales process.
Samantha is a referral agent with The Washingtonian Group, and also works as the team's Creative Director. She produces and writes content for TWG's social media platforms.
